Areas of Expertise

Perinatal and Neonatal Psychology

Perinatal and neonatal psychology addresses families’ complex concerns arising from pregnancy, birth complications or loss, birth trauma, and newborn hospitalization, as well as the concerns of those struggling with their own anxiety and mood fluctuations who find adjusting to pregnancy or their role as a parent challenging. Dr. Fuller provides clinical services to California hospitals with level II/III/IV NICUs through family support and medical team case consultation.

Trauma Informed Care and Vicarious Trauma

Trauma-informed care is a framework designed to integrate knowledge about trauma into policies, procedures, and practices with the aim of improving responsiveness to the signs and symptoms of trauma in individuals, families, and staff and mitigating the risk of re-traumatization. As a clinical psychologist with years of human resources management experience, she offers informative consultation services to organizations committed to enhancing the wellness and resilience of employees, volunteers, and clients.

Psychotherapy

Dr. Fuller is a preferred provider for Los Angeles' large network of Obstretric, Maternal Fetal Care, and Neonatal and Pediatric Intensive Care providers and clinical social workers.
